They have 2 options on how much of the commission you want to get per transaction, 50/50 or a 70/30 split. The advantage with the 50/50 split is even though you only get half instead of 70% of the money, you should get a lot more opportunities. This is because Linkworth gives these accounts priority. Try the 70/30 and if you havent received opportunities for a couple weeks, I recommend switching it to the 50/50.
